Director of Construction and Finance

Hector serves as Director of Construction and Finance, overseeing the full lifecycle of project execution and fiscal management. With an Accounting degree, a Master’s in Finance, and over 10 years of experience in the oil and finance industries, he brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to real estate development.

His leadership is defined by operational excellence and financial precision—managing subcontractor relations, negotiating labor and material procurement, and maintaining meticulous accounting records.
